PRICES OF GOODS
The announced prices are in Bulgarian levs, VAT included. The value of the delivery is not included in the indicated price of the products and is determined according to the value of the ordered products and the chosen method of delivery, unless otherwise stated.
PRICE CHANGE
“DIO FOODS” Ltd. has the right to change the prices of the products offered on the site without prior notice to users. Each customer of the online store is obliged to pay the price that was current at the time of concluding the contract, according to these general conditions. The prices announced on the site are valid until the quantities are exhausted.
CONDITIONS OF ORDERING AND PAYMENT
The products you choose appear in your cart. You can change the quantity of products, add or subtract products.
At any time in your cart you can see all the products you choose, their price and their total amount.
Step 1 – Delivery information
To place an order, you need to log in with your username and password (if you are a registered user) or enter your data once.

For Sofia, orders received on a working day are executed within 5 working days by Speedy courier. Orders received on weekdays after 5 pm, on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are processed on the first working day.

IMPORTANT:
The indication of incomplete or incorrect data in the customer’s profile makes the order invalid and it does not bind www.sweettwins.eu with execution.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN OF GOODS
You have the right to return the product (at your own expense) within 7 working days from the date of receipt / applies to goods purchased by distance selling /. In order to properly exercise his right of withdrawal, the customer should provide DIO FOODS OOD with the goods in the form in which he received them, with undamaged packaging and unused, accompanied by all original documents. In case the packaging is damaged or the goods are used, as well as in case of non-presentation of the necessary documents, the customer has no right to withdraw from the contract and to receive back the amount paid. Complaints in case of distance selling are submitted by mail or courier. CPA does not apply and does not apply to customers who are legal entities. The law was created to serve the interests of individuals and therefore only they can benefit from it.
