Complaints are accepted within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods reflected in the delivery documents by the courier, and this can only happen if the product and packaging are in undamaged commercial form and the original invoice/order is attached.
The price for returning the goods in this case is at the expense of the customer.
All amounts paid upon delivery or on the spot, we refund only by bank transfer to your personal account within 30 days from the date on which you notified us of your cancellation of the order. All amounts paid by debit / credit card are refunded to the same account (card) from which the payment was made.
If for any reason the goods are delivered to the customer with damaged packaging or for any other valid reason, the replacement or return of the goods is carried out at our expense.
Under legal law, upon return of the product, the refund will be made within 30 (thirty) days of return.
